Evans Update

Jeg har gode nyheder: Evans har (endelig) refunderet mine penge. Endda også forsendelsesgebyret. Jeg fik en mail sidste weekend at de nu havde sat det igang og i onsdags gik pengene så ind på min konto. Blogindlægget har helt sikkert været en afgørende faktor i sagen. Det var nemlig da jeg tweetede dem linket at de straks bad om mine oplysninger. Jeg er glad for at The Merry Traveller også skrev til dem på Twitter, det var virkelig sødt af hende. Jeg kan forstå, at det ikke kun er mig der har været ude for dårlig service hos dem og jeg er stadig usikker på, hvorvidt jeg vil forblive en loyal kunde hos dem. Jeg tror virkelig at det skal være nogle exceptionelt lækre og uundværlige ting, for at jeg bestiller fra dem igen. I hvert fald indenfor den nærmeste fremtid. Og nu må det snart være på tide med et OOTD... jeg prøver at tage mig sammen. God weekend!

I've got good news: Evans finally refunded my money, even the delivery cost. I got a mail last weekend saying that they were processing my refund and Wednesday I received the money. The blog post definitely made a difference. When I tweeted them the link they immediately asked for my details. I'm so happy that The Merry Traveller also wrote them on Twitter, that was so nice of her! I've learned that several of you have experienced the same bad service from them and I'm still not sure if I'll continue shopping with them. It would have to be some extremely nice things that I simply couldn't live without... at least for a while. I know it's also about time for an OOTD... I'll try and do one soon. Have a great weekend!
