The venue for the Blogger Event was huge, and looked gorgeous!
Delicious logo mini cupcakes!
Zizzi knows a way to a (curvy) girl's heart ;-)
Cute bite-sized macaroons
Mini burgers! They were SO good!
Yu-um.

I loooved this net dress. It doesn't look like much, but it's so cool in real life.

Did anyone say Chanel Chic?
I have no words for how amazing this collection is! W.O.W!!!

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here are some pics from a nice afternoon with Zizzi before their big show in Copenhagen. During the day they had an amazing event for us bloggers, where we were treated to delicious food (which you can clearly tell by the amount of pictures I took), as well as a look at their upcoming collections and their latest project: the capsule collection "Wardrobe of Wonders" - W.O.W - created by Femmes Regionales, which I already talked about in my post about the show HERE. There were also some really nice pieces in the regular Zizzi collections, but obviously W.O.W was the one that blew us away. I had a quick chat with Caroline Hansen of Femmes Regionales after the show, and it was so cool to hear that she had also been very excited for the show, and loved doing the collection. W.O.W has not been designed with plus-size women in mind, but simply with fashion in mind - and that shows in the best possible way! I'm thrilled with the fit, the cuts, patterns and statements - and there are so many items that I simply have to have. I hope that the rest of the (danish) plus-size women embrace the collection as well as I do, and that they dare to wear it. Of course I already spotted the first unhappy customers on facebook, who bitch about everything from fit, to the collection having too many colours, not enough colours, not enough black, that it's too short etc. But believe me when I say that some of northern Europe's biggest bloggers and fashionistas were gathered at the event - and that we all, without exception, thought that these are some of the best pieces of clothing we've ever seen! Even our skinny friends will envy us for this, and I can't wait for the launch in spring.
Thanks for a lovely day and evening, Zizzi!

Below is a short backstage video of the event - spot someone you know ;-)

  2. WOW - thank you for this amazing insight :) I'm following the whole event on all the blogs and wherever you're looking: the feedback is super positive!
I saw some pieces of the W.O.W collection in Berlin at the curvy is sexy and I was blown away... I can't understand, why others need to complain - about what? About fashionable pieces for us curvy/ plus size girls? About fashion, that is not 'flattering' but looks awesome on our bodies?
I think this discussion will always return, nevertheless... I'm looking forward :)
Greetings from Germany to you, Rikke!

Godt vi kan være enige om at w.o.w. bliver godt!
